Mary J. Blige- Be Without You (remix) sample help

who told you it was a sample? i know we are in 2006, but some people still play instrument
 
I really dont want to be wrong. But a producer that I work with is friends with the producer. They both sampled the track. I THINK dont quote me on it. But I thinks its sampled from Elton John. Ill ask though.

BTW Skeez thats a hot remix.

Its the same sample as "The World Has Too Many Freaks" like buddy above said Art of Noise "Moments in Love".And btw the sample is in the entire track, not just starting at :38.
 
I think its from somewhere else (not saying what people said above isn't the actual sample...just saying that we're probably remembering it from another track...if that makes sense)...because I dont listen to that techno sh*t (where the sample is from)...and I dont listen to Durty South Rap (The Play N Skillz Krayzie Bone Track) either.
