Why is that line a Plies dis?

I was just thinking the other day, obviously I have to give credit where credit is due, Wayne is very very good (I don't wanna say great, but he might be). But if you think about it, nobody who has ever been as good as he is, started out as bad as he used to be.
 
LOL, the only thing I have heard by Plies is on the radio, which is funny because I don't think he referred to himself as a goon in any of the three singles he dropped about ghetto love. but he does look like a goon anyway. As well, is he that great of a lyricist to be taking a shot at?
 
Well he does wear a huge chain that says "GOON" on it and listen to his other songs lol. Not the ones about bust it babies.
