In a previous post on her website, the singer-songwriter explained why she settled on the title of her new LP, stating that she felt like she was confined to expectations from others but managed to break free from them.

That's the question that I ask. What is she going to talk about now? She lost my respect and the respect of others when she got with Swizz.
 
^ She basically stole Swizz from his wife at the time, the light is either referring to that or he just doesn't like Swizz lol
