    I always keep a refrigerator well-stocked with Canada Dry sparkling seltzer water. If you're addicted to carbonation, this is much better for you than sodas with sugar or artificial sweeteners (even worse than sugar).

    I also keep cold and warm temperature bottled water for my clients. In the winter, some of them like a cup of coffee or tea.

    It makes me a bit nervous when my clients bring in their own booze. My observations (since 1978) indicate that you're going to do better without it. Maybe have a couple-a when you're done if you have a designated driver.
