Tips on instrumental technical metal?

I'm looking for bands making instrumental technical metal.
If they're progressive, and/or make long songs, then that's even better :)

I don't know many bands like these so I can't give you any specific references, but I'm into Tacoma Narrows Bridge Disaster, and I've started to check out Bloated Science a bit.

Again, instrumental music please :)

Do the instrumentals of Dream Theater count as well?

There are a few here and there, like Stream of Consciousness (from the album Train of Thought) and YtseJam (from the album When a Dream and Day Unite).

Also, check out Liquid Tension Experiment (with the former drummer, the guitarist and the keyboardist of DT), pretty awesome music there as well.

I don't know if there are only instrumentals in this one, but Planet X is a good progressive band as well.

Virgil Donati has one instrumental band, and he's one hell of a drummer.

I took a look at it, but it's not what I was looking for. I'm getting seconds thought if it really is technical stuff I look for, but at least it's music with pretty restless players.
