yeah, listening to Life At Sea left me with sort of a bland feeling... kinda the feeling I get from listening to Staind, I just feel more boored and depressed than before I began listening to it. 
BTW I followed the link to SLOTH's website and they are definitely better than Life At Sea... I'll have to listen to them a bit more to determine if I want to actually pay for their music tho.
