i play with a modular. its slightly grown since this pic was taken is now pretty much full. time for a new case

I used to love stuff like this, now I'm going for more structure and strict composition in the terms of arrangement Cool posts though!

Structure is fun, but the structures i've been interested in aren't super musically obvious when you listen.
Use only 4 notes(that one made me think a lot), build everything around a comparator, make a patch then run it at audio rates.

Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to love textures and feelings transmitted through drones, it's something I would like to incorporate into a more strict and melodic tune. Actually tried to end one of my songs in a droney way, not sure if that one came our right though, it's way too lightweight
