How do I replicate this sound Wiwek - GroundShake

How can I make the sound at 1:30. It sounds like a filtered kick. Starts off really fast then it slows down a long side the snare. How does he do that fast to slow effect?

I use Logic Pro X.

fast to slow simply by stepping down through your durations from 32nds to 16th triplets to 16ths to 8th triplets to 8ths enjoy
 
Logic X has a Note Repeat plugin in the standard MIDI FX track insert plugins. you could do it with that or just punch it out in ultrabeat. :)
