What/How should I negotiate this deal?

So these local cats want me 2 sign with them as their producer. I'm basically just looking for some professional opinions on what I should negotiate in the terms; i.e. being able to do outside production, prices per beats, copyrights, length of terms, etc. Appreciate the feedback.

my advice, sign a non exclusive agreement for a duration of no shorter than 6 months, no longer than a year. give them first refusal rights, meaning that when you make a track you have to submit to them first before anyone else. this benefits you allowing you to work with others, this gives the opportunity to have their pick of beats.
