Legal issues when selling hip hop beats that have been "Tracked out"?

Hi,

One thing I thought about when signing up at Airbit.com for selling beats was the "Trackout" selection for a beat. The DAW I'm working in is Logic Pro X, and Apple allow you to use their loops to sell beats. However, you can not re-sell a single loop, without mixing it with something other, to create something new. For example: lets say I'm using a loop called "Boom bap drum" and also using a guitar loop called "Latin guitar". When using both of these, a new "song" is created.

My question is this: when Airbit wants you to fill in the "Trackout" selection, all of the sounds are devided down, so that the buyer can mix every single sound if desired. Doesn't this mean that I'm indirectly re-selling the loops for themselves, since the buyer receive every loop, now split down without being mixed with another sound?

Thank you for reading my question :)

Kind Regards/
