Getting music in Radio/Tv/film

What's good people. I wanted to know has anyone gotten their music licensed in any shows, commercials or films if so what is a good way to get that accomplished as a producer? Also I've heard of companies like Sonicbids, music xray and taxi is a big one that helps you to get your music placed. Has anyone had any experience with any of these if so what's your take on them?

My advice..., Stick to the NON-exclusive ones, unless the buyout is just crazy.
