What is this VST/Sample?

Hey guys,


I've been listening to a bunch of songs and from the top of my head I can remember 2 that have a distinct vocal VST or sample that I really want to play around with.



at 0:14 and 0:16 - happens throughout the whole song as well



0:30 - 0:45 (this one seems more like a vocal they are just pitching but has the same effect)


As I said before I've heard it in a bunch of songs and it seems that whatever the sound is is using the same "word" per se which leads me to believe it's a preset on a plugin. If I remember anymore songs that do it or if you know I'll add it in or if you know any please let me know.


I know it could just be a vocal that's been transposed way up but I was just wondering if anyone know if this is a VST plugin of any kind or if there is something similar out there?

Honestly that doesn't sound like a VST, it sounds like vocal chops that may either be taken from session vocal takes, or other songs, or maybe a sample pack. That being said, I've been able to get some similar effects from the Exhale VST by Output.
