Confused about Reason..

I've seen a few posts in buy/sell/trade of people selling their copy of Reason. Today I buy a Future Music magazine and see in it that Reason is delayed till the end of the year. I don't get it? Has it been released in other countries besides the US?

it's out, i have my copy here. it is very good.
sometimes magazine write something wrong but magazines are printed a WHILE before it's out, and their news is not that fresh.
