vsti sampler that can mimic 16 level function

I make my tracks in reaper, and I use poise as a drummachine/sample player. I really love poise and it has a pitch function but it sppeds the sample up. I want to be able to take a oneshot wav sample and map it to play across my midi controller ala mpc.
 
I'm in the same situation, maybe I should get poise.
Have you tried shortcircuit2?
I use it and it's pretty decent.
Just remember that in order to get samples into it, you have to put shortcuts to them in the folder for samples, you can't put the samples themselves in there.
 
Poise is the SHIT!!! Hands down my favorite vsti. You can midi map sample start end zoom and scroll super easy layering. I chop in reaper ctrl alt drag into poise.I like it better than maschine. I'll check into shortcircuit

Pretty much any regular sampler will do this (mapping a sample across the keyboard) by default. Somehow it's just become to be known as a "special MPC thing" even though it's one of the most fundamental sampler functions...
