Not on the fly as you record but you can once its recorded. I've never done it in FL though.

I don't think you can quantize live audio yet in FL. But, you can sync your keyboard with FL. This will allow your keyboard to become an external VST. Then you are able to quantize from your piano roll the audio from your keyboard. Once you get the sound the way you want, you can record it in Edison..
I have done this with the Fantom X6 and the Korg M50. The Korg comes with a program that makes it easier.. I dont know what kind of keyboard you are working with but long as it has midi connection (midi cables or USB) it should work.. There is a youtube video for the fantom:

The same way you sync the fantom, is the same for most keyboards (theoretically) I hope this helps..
