Cubase is pissing me off. I have an Alesis Q25 that i'm using for midi input but for some unknown reason it does not recognize it. I have installed it, selected all the settings in midi and device control, made sure it was already connected before I opened Cubase. EVERYTHING. Matter fact, it was working fine an hour ago. But suddenly it just stopped working. No signal on the transport bar shows when I press a key on the Q25. I also have FL Studio which I opened to test the Q25 and it works fine there. Why isn't it working in Cubase? It was JUST working before and now all of a sudden its not. WHY WHY WHY?????

Do you have the channel record enabled
Do You have the midi channels selected in Device Menu
Do You have the input selected on the channel

What version of Cubase are you using?

hey same problem, i just got it,m on the box it says you can just plug it in via usb and it should work, ive tried installing it on midi devices but it isnt on the list they have, and i dont know the settings to put it on myself.
