Izotope Vinyl installation issue (fl studio)

I've installed izotope vinyl over & over again for free from the website, but each time I try to open it up in FL studios a message pops up saying

"Their was a problem opening up IZVinyl for an unknown reason. Please make sure it has been installed correctly"

I don't get why its doing this :'(

Now I'm going to file settings & selecting the vst folder of IZVinyl then adding it in my channels.

Is their something I'm missing please help
 
maybe try installing on a different machine? I have a laptop so I'd try installing there AND if it doesn't work there and my desktop I'd be pretty suspicious about download quality
