Audio Ease Speakerphone would be the best bet. Also Waves Abbey Road Vinyl is not bad

Waves have a plugin called J37 tape recorder, really nice if you want to get that vintage sound of a tape

Yes, use a tape saturation plugin like Virtual Tape Machines by SlateDigital, Satin plugin by u-he, Tape by Softube or TapeDesk by Overloud, are just a few examples of plugins that can help you replicate the warm tones of an analog tape machine.

I use the Waves tape emulators. Also the kings microphone works well for this. You can make it work for free with stock distortion, noise, and filtering plugins though.

Equalizers to remove the bass and treble then some FX plugin like the ones mentioned just to make it sound cool.

Remove a lot of bass and treble. Use saturation plug ins, decimort to reduce sample rat and bit depth. And as for the music, obviously it helps if you play something musically similar to the older recordings you want to emulate.

saturation plugins don't work in such a case
