Fl Studio and Pro Tools

If I want to use Fl Studio files in pro tools do I simply export each individual channel as a wave?

Yep, especially if avoiding rewire if not necessary.
I do it sometimes with reason/s1 to save time.

Assign all channels to its own mixer track, and when exporting tick 'split mixer tracks'. Make sure to name it, so its easier later. (It will also render master track and all send channels too).

use a 24bit or a 32bit floating wav files rendered.. they work perfect..
