FL Studio: Can I cut and blend audio clips?

I like to import or record a full take of a song -- let's say on guitar -- and then cut it down and rearrange things throughout the song structurally. the problem with this for me is that sometimes the cut of one part will not sync up perfectly with another, and so there's often a 'click' or a 'pop' sound when the guitar clip will transition from one clip to the next. is there a way to blend, transition between, or fade the audio clips together on the timeline, without having to use a different program?
