Swing Bar for Quantize Template in FL Studio

Would anyone happen to know how to make the FL Studio Swing bar an actual Quantize Template? When you take something you made on the step sequencer into the piano roll, the swing bar doesn't effect it anymore. I would appreciate if anyone could help.
 
dont use the piano roll much huh?

just alt q= for quantize, i believe its the same thing as the swing in the step sequencer....theres different templates for the pr, the mpc, ragga and ragged ( i like those ones)
 
I'm aware of those. They change the velocity of the notes (which I don't want) along with the quantization. The swing bar just adds "swing."
