should i use 32 bit or 64 bit vst plugins in fl 11?

Since it autobridges its not like a huge deal but the fact that the DAW itself is 32-bit native makes me question whether the bit-type affects performance. I can't tell a huge difference in loading times or anything. If anyone knows for sure what the correct usage is lemme kno. Thanks

you will suffer a small processing delay as the conversion from 32 to 64 bit and back again will be a bottle neck - this may be ok for off-line rendering but may cause some issues with real-time rendering

so stick with 32 bit? also do you know any alternative bridging solutions to jbridge? It doesn't load in 64-bit Maschine
