**Edited this post to something relevant because I figured out my original question

I'm trying to rewire the NNXT into pro tools. I am connecting the audio outs on the bacn of NNXT to the audio outputs on the audio i/o, but get nothing. Its weird because I ran the exact the same thing for Kong and it is working fine in pro tools. Maybe I have to set an output on the NNXT? anybody know>

Well you should be getting something from outputs 1-2, as that's what every sample defaults to. The other outputs can be assigned on a per-sample basis with, uh, the "out" knob on the rightmost side of the remote editor, below the "display".
