How do I open Nuendo files in Cubase?

I am trying to open my Nuendo2 files in Cubase5, but get all kinds of error messages. Is there a certain version of Cubase that I need to open Nuendo2 files? I just reformatted my pc and can't find my Nuendo2 installation cd?

How to open Nuendo Files in Cubase? Simple: You just can't.
You could though export each track individually to a wave file & import them into Cubase.
 
Really?....because I always thought they were interchangeable, since they are both made by Steinberg....also, I noticed that when you select open in Cubase or Nuendo you were able to select both .npr (Nuendo) or .cpr (Cubase )files.....there has to be a way....
 
You can load Cubase files into Nuendo, but not the other way around AFAIK. (I just know Nuendo to some extent, because a friend of mine has it) Even *if* there is sort of an converter in Cubase which strips down the features only Nuendo has in order to be able to load them in Cubase, I seriously doubt that any version under/older than SX could.
