FL Studio Multi Output VST Hypersonic 2?

I got everything set up right except I'm s'posed to enable multi outputs in FL or Hypersonic? I'm not sure which cause I don't see the option anywhere..
 
Both. Hypersonic has a page for choosing how many outs you want enabled. FL which never really worked right with multi out anything has options for disabling multi-out and not crashing, or enabling it and crashing a lot.

Where's the option at in FL?
 
I have Hypersonic 2 as a VST in FL but when I use it in conjuction with sample in making a track I get a buffer overload the cpu box runs in the red and it wont play properly. Is this a hard drive issue or a sound card issue?
