ableton live intro

Hi im having a problem with ableton live intro, ive just installed it and when I run it a message pops up saying "A serious program error has occurred. Live will shut down after this message box is closed.

Please restart live and follow the instructions in the "Report a crash" lesson that will appear in lives help view.

I cant open live to view the report a crash lesson. HELP

Im using windows 7 64 bit and running ableton live intro 64bit

Ill try what ever steps are suggested to get this software to run, I just purchased the software 3 days ago

Hi all sorted im still waiting for a reply of support but I checked out a few forums etc and found that it could be anything from obsolete registry entries or corrupted vst so I took out all previously installed vsts and done a major clean up of anything and everything to do with ableton in the registry and its now working like a dream.
 
Sweet! It might be a good idea to re-install the plugins one by one & see if they work to avoid getting in the same situation again...
