Here's a video we added comparing iRig MIC Cast to the internal iPhone mic in a mall and outside as well as using it for FaceTime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgLdhnK-_Os

No android support is a fail. Its a shame cause it looks really good. Could see a lot of uses for it to.

Who said there was no Android support? our iRig Mic, iRig and now iRig Mic Cast all work with ANY device that supports a 4-pole connector. Most Android devices do. Just plug it in your headphone jack and hit record.

well it says this:

for the iPhone®, iPod touch® and iPad®.

Doesn't mention support for other devices anywhere and the software is only available in the app store.

Totally ignoring the platform with the highest market share isn't a good idea.

Well, for audio apps we have to until the issues with low-latency audio are fixed. We don't want to sell people a bill of goods if they expect our great iOS apps (or low-latency capable alternatives) with which to use the devices we make to be available too.

Definitely something you should be bringing up to Google, there is a reason iOS devices are having this huge boom in music apps with low latency and full core MIDI. No Google Android phone offers that because Google has not implemented it yet. As soon as Google does that you can bet IK will be close behind. Til then you can still use our accessories with any normal recording app.
