After months of prototyping my own design I recently finished this little
controller and am thinking of making them to order and would like some
honest opinions regarding price bearing in mind that this is a hand crafted
unique controller.
This controller was built to be simple, portable and made of solid materials.
It is a relatively small (150mm square) plug and play type controller
with no features one has to learn simply open your DAW and assign your
buttons and knobs.
The unit is powered by usb, its brain is a Livid brain Jr, it has 8 push buttons,
4 two-way metal switches (8 switch buttons) and 8 knobs.
The surround of the enclosure is made from Australian hardwood and the
face and rear plates are a copper/fiberglass composite screwed down with
Allen-key bolts. The faceplate design is etched away from the copper, here
there is a possibility here of custom artwork.
Every switch/button has an amber status led that illuminates the faceplate,
this light illuminates any design on the faceplate and leaks to the edge of the
controller which looks pretty nice.

In the end I'm really happy to have built this for myself as I use it all the time
now but any constructive feedback would be appreciated.
