MPK MINI ISSUE!!! PLEASE HELP.. if you dont mind.

I am new to setting up a generic controller. up until now I have been working my FL Studio using my laptop keyboard to play notes and work synths. I just got an MPK Mini and it was super easy to add into my program. But, when i map out my pads on my FPC... Pad 1 in Bank1 seems to only control velocity settings.. It wont respond when mapping. anyone with any information.. PLEASE get back to me.. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

You probably have to set it up manually, there's tutorials on YouTube and there's probably a preset you can download somewhere in cyberspace

there is a preset that lets you use the pads to trigger each channel, which is much easier than using fpc
