Axiom 49 help

I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!i have an axiom 49 midi controller and c*note* is not working ive had it for about a year now every key works except c..what do i do ive tried plugging and unpluggin ive tried restarting fl studio ive tried it all..whats wrong??
 
I have never heard of some thing like this happening man. Is it just the middle C or is it the "C" note up and down all the octaves?

What you can try is this. Download or install M-Audio's Enigma software so that you have a backup of the presets (1-20). Then turn off your Axiom.

Now, turn it back on while holding the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons down together. This should reset all the memory of the controller. This is where the software comes in.

Open up Enigma and send the "Axiom 49 Defaults" bank to the device. This should restore the factory settings.

Never heard of a problem like you having, but if its a problem with your controller, or MIDI notes getting stuck - maybe this will help.
