a quick sampling question

Hmmm.. I've been mucking about on my Rm1x for a while now, and the idea of glueing a sampler to it is getting more and more attractive. What I want to know is:

will my sequencer trigger different samples at different times on different tracks from the same sampler, or is it just limited to one noise at a time? I was thinking about an Electribe S (i'm still just mucking about you see).

Thanks for any info

Your sampler acts as a normal instrument :-) You can use different samples on different times, all depending on the polyphony of your sampler.
Since you're gonna be using your Rm1x as sequencer maybe it's usefull to invest in a racksampler (maybe a 2nd hand one if cash is a problem), cuz you've no need for the extra sequencer that is build in the ES-1. Racksamplers are higher quality (ES-1 has only 32kHz sampling). However the ES-1 still stays great bang for the buck and is cool for live interaction!

thanks man, i'll go and have a play around when i get to the big smoke. Cheers
