I'm trying to record some sequences for a song. When I hit the pad to play the sample more than once. The sound always over laps. Is there a way to set it so that I can hit it more than once and the sound won't over lap? Holla back!

You have to go to trim mode, parameters, select the sample, and put it on mono, or note off, depending on which mpc you are using. Either way, it will be under parameters.
