Mpc 4000 - Mixdown

For anyone that has a 4k and knows..
Can I mixdown a sequence - track to a single .wav file? I mean internally. Either by the mpc 1000 method of writing the master output, or by an 'export' way. If not, what is the way to transfer a finished track to my pc? As a .wav file of course.
Any help appreciated.

yeah you have to mixdown and record it to the main outs. Its pretty easy to do. Set your sequeces up for a song, then set your sampler for the outs, then set your threshold and press play then sample.
