Im Trying To Time Strech A Sample So I Can Adjust The Tempo Of My Sequence. One Sample Only. How Do I Determine The Bpm Of A Sample? Any Advice. Nuff Respect For Any Suggestions?

grab the loop, record it on a sequence, and then hit tap tempo until the serquence adjusts to the loops BPM, then go and time stretch it to your desired tempo, etc etc

Do I Have To Get The Sample Looping Then Hit The Tap Tempo Or Can I Play The Sample Once And While Its Playing, Hit The Tap Tempo Button?

Do You Use The B.p.m Feature And Is It Useful?
 
just play the sample and hit the tap tempo, even if its not looping perfectly until u can find the right tempo then you will notice it will loop perfectly. then you can time stretch it to whatever bpm u want, and then you can slice and re arrange it.
