a3000 v2 upgrade?

i bought the v1 (well someone bought it for me with my money) by accident and i need to upgrade to v2.. i heard i have to go to a retailer and spend 100-150 dollars for the
upgrade... can i get it cheaper?
teklab used to give them free i think but the guy there
told me there isnt any more..

arg.. help .. anyone?

damn, sounds wierd... it's just OS updates, right? You should be able to get those at the yahama site. Just mail them.
 
yea.. waiting for a response...
last time i emailed them about my other yamaha product
(rm1x) it took several days before they wrote me back

must be busy..

cant complain i guess
