After naming my sequences I saved "All Programs and Sounds" and "All Sequences and Songs". No problems there, I load up the MPC and my Sequences appear along with all the sounds on the pads I assigned them to.
This is where the problem begins: I decided to overdub my sequence and assign drums to some of the pads. Once I finished, I saved "All Programs and Sounds" and "All Sequences and Songs" just like I did last time. Oddly enough, I restart the mpc and it didn't save the overdub or the newly added drums.
What did I do wrong? All I wanted to do was save the additions I made to the sequence and the drums I assigned to the pads.
