I'm thinking about buying the M-Audio Project Mix I/O Control Surface/Interface too hook up with pro tools. I'm still don't know if i should buy that one or if i should go for the digidesign 002. if someone has any good advice it would help. thanks in advance

This stament worries me a little: "record audio directly into Pro Tools M-Powered (not included) > industry-standard format"

Does that mean you have to pay extra for PT? I reckon just get a 002

yeah you have to pay for the pt software seperately, but i already have the software so that's not a problem. thanks for the advice so far

Get the Project Mix, if you have Pt already , why buy the 002 which cost $2,000 when you can get the Project mix for $1,200? Project Mix is hot
