In both Reason and Ableton, one can step through notes via the arrow keys on the PC, but the notes only get selected, not triggered. So there is no sound.
This is a problem for me as I have developed a very strange of learning to play piano: I read the notes in Reason's sequencer and click on them to hear them and then play them myself. (I also do music production in reason, so learning to play is not the sole reason for buying Reason
)
Is there any software out there that would allow me to step through midi files one by one and hear the notes?
