Anybody knew that NASA had a SoundCloud page?

I just stumbled uppon that and seemingly they're free to use (under a Creative Commons license, just to be clear).

I actually downloaded a few of the samples they've uploaded, and just used those as a vocoder modulator with an atmospheric pad and a bunch of echo. The results were dope.

No sounds that we can hear but there are still frequencies and if you boost those frequencies to a db we can hear this is what they sound like supposedly

Many of those are also radio signals converted to audio.

No that's not how it goes. Sound is energy moving particles that reach our ears. If there are no particles to be moved, there is no sound!
