Layering Drums with Acoustic Samples - Without Trigger

I'm trying to utilize some drum samples (.wav), 5 hits per velocity, 5 velocities, and layer them with Superior Drummer.

I know with Trigger you can create custom kits that make this super easy, but it's not possible for me to get it right now.

Does anyone know if this can be created in Reason 5? Or if I can build an instrument within Kontakt5 that does this?

Any other ideas or solutions?

Edit: I also have 5 mics for the drum hits, and it'd be best if I could route each mic to a different output
