Check this out... I need to know how do I find out how much space is available on my hard drive. I purchased it and the guy said it has a 300 gig hard drive. Just need to know how much is left on it.

Just checked it out and yes it does have a 300 gig hard drive install. MPC 2500 is a monster!!!!

Haha, the most an MPC 2500 can recognize is 80gb or 120.

Well that's strange - b/c when I link it 2 my iMac, two folders show up. One says MPC Storage & one says MPC Library. Storage folder says 91gb & the library folder shows 191gb. & I have now added drums & various sounds 2 that library folder & also created programs with those sounds. So I guess it is "HAHA", b/c its recognizing the folder & it's working properly.

thanks that led me to http://freemusicsoftware.org/category/free-vst-effects-2/bit-crusher and found some vsts that do replicate the sound i little bit, thanks for the help

Incorrect. I have a 160 GB hard drive in mine now. Recognizes the full 160, not partitioned.
