i bought these headphones http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Sony-MDR-V1...er_MP3_Player_Accessories&hash=item27b8f42e6e and the end of my headphones is missing (the gold thing in the picture) and i was wondering what i need? i was thinking i need a headphone jack but im not for sure.So does anyone know ?

You can get those at any walmart, radioshack or even amazon.
I'd still contact the seller about it though and see if they can send you one. Most headphones come with one.
