Is that possible?
Is any other no so expensive gear capable of doin that?
 
To do this, or something similar to it, would be very time consuming due to the fact that you only have two effects channels and would have to resample everything to make room for the next effect. But I think it can be done. I wouldn't want to try it (not on an MPC alone).
