I keep reading this complaint about several different brands and models of MIDI controller keyboards. The fix is simple.
If the black keys on your controller are stiff, you should probably use them more often. Keys wear in over time.
You might also notice that the keys toward the edges of your controller have a slightly different feel from the ones in the middle.
