I'm just curious. , is it possible to get professional studio quality sound out of a computer from just software? If so, in your opinion, what software is needed to accomplish this without external hardware? I have plenty of goodies, but I'm curious as to whether this is a goose chase or really possible as far as solely using one's computer.
