Hello

I want to buy a "cheap" (they are expensive I am afraid), good and phat Digital Mixer so I can save settings and have good sound..

Can anyone recommend one? what do you use?

How is the Yamaha 01V?

The 01V is quite expensive, If you were looking for a cheaper alternative, I would say the Roland VM3100. I was recommended that when I was asking about digital mixers. Down at around $750 I think. There is also a PRO version which goes up to around $950.

I got a Fostex vm200 for $300.00, saves all settings including faders. Check Ebay, that's where I got mine.

Why not save up and get an 02R? They go for about $4000AUD

Indeed you can easily find a 2nd hand Yamaha O2R for $2,500 USD.

Or a digital Tascam DM-24 for even less.

I feel MOOG'ed today...
