hi

i am very new to digital production in music making. i am going to list what i have, and hopefully someone will tell me what i need to purchase, and how to operate the tools that i have together.

i have a roland mc505 drum machine ($1400)
acid hip hop
fruity loops

situation:
i want to take a sequence from the drum machine, add a loop from acid, and use a kickdrum loop from fruity loops. how do i do this using acid. and if acid cant do it alone, what should i buy.
