that riddim is originally a Studio One riddim, usually called "A Love I Can Feel"
there are TONS of tunes on it (like most Studio One riddims).
the popular ones that came out in 1991 (including those you named) or on two albums on Penthouse- the first one had "Run Down The World" riddim on the other side. I think now they are both together on a CD called "Special Request.
there were also some tunes on Digital B and Jammys at the same time- Sanchez's big tune was "I Can't Wait" and I think the medley tune you refer to is Nana McLean "Nana's Medley" on the second of the two Penthouse comps.
