As far as insperation goes pain and emotinal anger is always good. Its easy to put your anger on wax,cd, hard drive whateva.
Some good pussy never hurts.
And always a quarter once and some heineken will do or some bailys and hennesy.
As far as the meoldy I just start playing wit the keyboard when i hear a decent enough concept write it down or even better record it. Then work on it note by note. Thats about all the cats Im a let out the bag.
