Yall notice how R Kelly been emulating a lot of famous dancehall riddims? I know “Snake” was the Baghdad Riddim, and “Thoia Thoing” sounds suspect. But how do yall feel about the crossing of dancehall and hip hop? I know they are similar depending on the place of origin but I took on Dancehall kinda as a get a way from overly commercial hip hop. What do the experts at FP think? And what do yall think about these 14 year olds who are thinking dancehall is new music?

Isn't the Bhagdad riddim new??.....what is an old riddim is the buy out riddim...woah...older even than diwali...damn

It's better than any hip hop beat (maybe) but the origininal dj'ing with the west indian accent is still the best imo
